About Us

William J. Koch, founder and president of B K Controls, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Wisconsin -- Oshkosh. Mr. Koch has been in the electric and electronic component industry since 1970. In 1992, with a solid background in sales, he opened B K Controls, Inc. with a focus on solid customer service and technical support. In 1996, B K Controls, Inc. achieved ISO9002 registration through Underwriters' Laboratories, and in 2003 achieved registration to the ISO9001:2000 standard, updating the quality system to focus on total customer satisfaction. B K Controls, Inc. boasts an experienced sales staff with extensive technical product knowledge, as well as a customer service staff that is extraordinarily dedicated to customer satisfaction.
